This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage) used on vowberry.com (the “Service”), which is operated by Nordic Landing OÜ (Estonia). For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.
Legal basis
We follow the EU ePrivacy rules as applied in Estonia, the GDPR and, for UK visitors, the UK’s PECR and UK GDPR. Strictly necessary cookies need no consent. DataFast’s cookieless analytics sets no cookies and keeps its items only in the open tab; it runs for every visitor on our legitimate interest in knowing how the Service is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Every other cookie and storage item is used only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time as easily as you gave it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device through your browser. First-party cookies are set by the site you visit (vowberry.com); third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services the page uses. Your browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage can hold similar small items, such as your choices or campaign details; we treat them like cookies in this policy.
What we use them for
- Strictly necessary: signing in, checkout, security, remembering your cookie choices and basic interface settings. These need no consent.
- Analytics: understanding which pages are visited, how the Service performs and where it needs work.
- Marketing and attribution: remembering which campaign, referral link or ad brought you to the site, and measuring how campaigns perform.

Analytics without cookies
DataFast measures page views and conversions for every visitor without cookies. Its servers recognise a visit by a pseudonymous hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next. In your browser it keeps three items in the tab’s session storage, which the browser deletes when you close the tab.

How to manage your choices
- Cookie settings: use the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer to change or withdraw your consent at any time. When you withdraw consent for marketing and attribution, the campaign and referral details stored in your browser are deleted.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop sign-in or checkout from working.
Changes to this policy
When we add a new kind of cookie or change what one is used for, we update this page and its policy version, and ask for your consent again where it is needed.
