Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply between every member of the Vowberry affiliate program and Nordic Landing OÜ. By joining the program you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility
Any account holder aged 18 or over with a verified email address may join. Joining is free and approved instantly; Vowberry may decline an application or suspend an account later, stating the reason.
2. Link usage and disclosure
You may share your link on your own channels in an honest, non-misleading way. You must disclose the paid partnership as the applicable rules require (for example #ad).
3. Prohibited practices
Earning commission on your own purchases, self-referring through other accounts, placing links on coupon or deal sites, bidding on the Vowberry brand name in ads, sending unsolicited bulk messages and simulating clicks or sales are prohibited. In such cases earnings are cancelled and the account is suspended.
4. Attribution
When a visitor clicks your link and allows the marketing and attribution cookie, a cookie valid for 60 days is written; the last clicked link wins. A customer who signs up through your link stays linked to you for 365 days. Visitors who decline the cookie may not be attributed.
5. Commission
Commission is calculated on the net amount the customer paid, excluding tax. The standard rate is 20%; Vowberry may agree a different or time-limited rate with individual members. Rate changes apply only to later sales; recorded sales keep their commission.
6. Hold period, refunds and chargebacks
Every sale is verified by Stripe and approved after a 14 day hold. Commission on refunded, partially refunded or charged-back sales is cancelled; if already paid out, the amount is deducted from the next payout.
7. Payouts
Approved earnings are paid every month via Wise or bank transfer to the payout details you provide in the portal. The minimum payout amount is shown in the portal. Legal name and address are needed for the payment record; tax obligations rest with the member.
8. Personal data
Within the program we store your enrollment details, payout details, salted IP digests of link clicks and sale records. Customer identities are not shown to you. Details are in the privacy policy.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or closed for breaches of these terms. You may leave the program at any time; approved earnings are paid and pending sales are assessed at the end of their hold.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page with its date. Material changes require re-acceptance in the portal.
11. Governing law
These terms are offered by Nordic Landing OÜ and are governed by the law of the country where the business is established.
